MSU CREW CLUB FUNDRAISER

A Grand River Cleanup | Friday, August 23 & Saturday, 31, 2024

Michigan Waterways Stewards is thrilled to support MSU Crew Club and their upcoming fundraising campaign. Their fundraising and stewardship campaign is very much aligned with what we're all about;  promoting and conducting waterways stewardship for the benefit of fish and wildlife, recreation and sport.
To give back to the community that has been so supportive of MSU Crew, and to help fund their Crew Club activities, they are conducting a Grand River Cleanup on August 23, and 31. For every $20 donated, MSU Crew will fill one (1) trash bag of litter, trash, and other debris to make the Grand River, adjoining parks and greenway, cleaner, healthier, and more pleasant to use. 100% of all money raised goes to MSU Crew Club.
MSU Crew Club is a student-run organization not associated with MSU’s Athletic Department. They do not receive funding through MSU Athletics. They rely on fundraising and the generosity of its alumni, neighbors, and supporters for most of the club’s operating expenses. Your generous financial support will:
  • Ensure the financial obligations of membership are not a barrier to participate.
  • Maintain a competitive fleet.
  • Adequately compensate our coaching staff.
  • Cover travel expenses.
  • Represent MSU and showcase our capital city region.
